The conversation between them is about the fact that Macbeth has just recently murdered Duncan and he feels something has changed within him. Macbeth admits that because of the murder he will no longer be able to sleep:

Q1-The Elizabethans believed that when the natural order of the universe is violated at the highest level,the natural world is thrown into chaos and reflects violation through such events such as earthquakes.During the night of the murder od Duncan the scene followed by certain unnatural events leading to reversing of the natural order .During the night of murder old man mentions that the night of killing of Duncan made other unnatural experiences look like a joke.

You can see the skies. They look like they’re upset about what mankind has been doing, and they’re threatening the Earth with storms. The clock says it’s daytime, but dark night is strangling the sun. Is it because night is so strong, or because day is so weak, that darkness covers the earth when it’s supposed to be light
